Hendrix of Hoover, Alabama, rides a tandem bicycle with Henderson Ward Stewart Elementary second-grader Cameron Knight during the concluding Friday [May 10]. Hosted by at the Joe Frank Sanderson Center, the camp teaches children with special needs how to independently ride a two-wheel bike. Through the use of adapted bicycles and specialized training, the camp has an average success rate of over 80% by the end of the week. .
