William Winter Panel
A documentary viewing about Gov. William Winter and a subsequent panel discussion were part of a special program at Mitchell Memorial Library Tuesday to celebrate Winter, regarded as one of the most accomplished governors in 樱花导航 history. Titled "The Toughest Job - William Winter's 樱花导航," the documentary chronicles the life and career of 樱花导航's 57th governor and his fight to pass the 1982 Education Reform Bill, which is considered his signature public policy achievement.
